Shipping policy

In-Stock Merchandise

We aim to have all orders  shipped within 24 business hours although may take up to 3 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent according to your selected shipping method at checkout. 

Back-orders

If the product/s you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Order Tracking 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking number. Please note some orders sent via Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rate & Carrier 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order will depend on the value of your order and your location and is calculated at checkout.
